AURA

 In a world where hope lay buried,
She stumbled upon a land of possibility,
a palace, carved from purest positivity,
Where light itself bowed to a radiant soul,
A woman crowned with an aura untold.

Her aura is as calm as the moon,

Yet fierce as fire when storms awaken.

A mirror of peace, wisdom, and worth, and 

her words, are full of healing.

Through the epic side of life, she has walked unbroken.

Her scars are true definition of epic verses, her silence is golden.

What more script is left unplayed in the epic world's grand play?

What trials remain to test yet another side of her personality?

 she is undisputed, bold in her quest, takes every trial, and turned pain to peace.

Here I am asking myself...

TALE OF A BROKEN HEART

Shattered dreams, Where broken hearts gleam, a story of a heart once made whole,  now torn apart, devoid of soul.

The old tales of love and woe, where once a bond did brightly glow,  Now lies in pieces on the ground, a tragic sight, lost and unfound.

The pieces scattered far and wide, each one entails memories good and bad, bitter and sweet, of laughter shared and tears that fell, of promises made, longed to keep but now broken into farewell.

Yet in the midst of darkness deep, a flicker of hope I wish will creep, for broken pieces can be whole again,  Mended by a patient soul even though its master piece is lost.

Let the epic tale be told, of broken pieces, lost but never forgone, shattered but bold like a tattoo in the heart.

FIRST CHILD SYNDROME

Firstborn syndrome is messing with my head.
It's more of a burden, because it has made me make nor take hard decisions.

Expectations from families are always high, pressure immense,
To be perfect, flawless and to be supportive.

The trailblazer, the pioneer brave,
Forging ahead, every path to pave.
But oh, the weight of being the first,
To carry the hopes of siblings as the eldest child, has messed me up.

Love life's and relationships left shattered with no words said, interwoven with heavy duty of the first born responsibilities. This syndrome is really messing with my head.

Yearning for freedom, for a chance to be with the ones we love, not to be pressured to do what we don't want.

First born syndrome is messing with my head.
To break free from this chain that bind, 
To seek solace, a peace of mind.

The world should also understand the fact that we've got responsibilities on our shoulders, and we're literally ready to pick up this challenge and stand firm and act as the first and not the last.

Lots of expectations and responsibilities are there looking forth to all first born, in all families.

To the hearts we've hurt in the process of fulfilling our responsibilities, saying sorry isn't enough.

1. While a relationship is about bonding and spending time together, it’s also a lot more about growing as individuals. Become a better person every single day, and help him along the path too. Spend some time by yourselves or with your own friends, and learn to give space in a relationship.

No man likes an attractive woman with a low mentality, all men trip for women with good looks that possess a brain box. A lady that can represent him in public.

3. The way she presents herself

It’s always easier to attract attention from men when you make an effort to look good and dress well. A golden fish has no hiding place. Dressing good exclude dressing shamelessly, you mustn't dress half naked to attract a good man but rather a playboy.

4. Confidence is such a turn on in a woman, and men are suckers for it, even if they don’t realize it themselves. 

A confident woman is awed inspiring and, to a certain extent, intimidating. If there’s anything that men want in a woman, this is it. A confident woman is beautiful, strong, determined and everything else rolled up into one, just as long as she is being herself and not living someone else's life.

5. Everyone knows why the other person in a relationship is called the better half of the relationship. It’s not an empty compliment. Help your man become a better individual by helping him correct his flaws and shortcomings and by giving him the room to correct your flaws.

6. A good listener 

Be a good listener and understand what’s really going on in his life. Help him with his big decisions when he asks you for advice. Spend time with him and help him realize his dreams and aspirations. Make him a better man, and he’ll love you, respect you, and desperately want you all his life.

7. A woman who makes her man look good

Do you make your man look good? Now we don’t mean this in an accessory or arm candy way though. Do you stand up for your man in public no matter what? A man that cares about a lady loves rescuing her in her distress, but at times, the knight would be grateful to be rescued sometimes.

Brag about him when you’re out with friends, avoid bitching about him or correcting him in front of other people, and let him do the same for you.

8. First and foremost, if a guy finds you attractive, it’s because of you. Sure, what you wear may help, but what comes out of your mouth is even more important.

You want him to like you – and not only just your face and body. Because at the end of the day, that’s all gonna fade – yes, it sounds scary.

9. Good communication skill

Clear communication is something that men want and need. Men love communicating freely and clearly. Do not speak to your man in riddles. Do not expect them to read between the lines. Just talk and let it all out.

In our connection, a subtle shift I feel,
A hollowness has settled, where once the vibes were real.
The rhythm of our love, once vibrant and complete,

HIS TRUST ISSUES

In the mist of love, where hearts entwine,
A tale unfolds, a story so fine,
Where two souls meet, their destinies aligned,
Yet trust's absence casts doubt in her mind.
Her heart, once open, filled with hope,
Now hesitates, unable to cope,
For his trust issues, like a shadow, loom,
Casting doubts, creating a sense of gloom.
She sees the wounds from his past, so deep,
The scars that haunt, the secrets he keeps,
But she, determined, tries to understand,
To hold his hand, to guide him to a better land.
Yet his trust issues, like a raging tide,
Threaten to tear apart the love they built.
She questions if she can withstand the strain,
Or if it's best to walk away, release the pain.
But deep within her tender heart, she knows,
That love's true essence, through darkness, grows,
She yearns to be the light that leads him through,
To conquer his fears, to heal and renew.
For love, dear friends, is not without its trials,
It tests our faith, uncovers hidden denials,
But in the crucible of trust's fiery test,

So she gathers strength, deep within her core,
To confront the doubts, the very ones built in his heart, having the hopes to heal his past and make him trust once more,

HARDSHIP

 I'm stuck in the middle of nowhere, a place I called home as made me homeless.

HARDSHIP, has taken over the land, my country, Our giant of Africa it (HARDSHIP), has buried our slogan in the mud and has made us forgotten who we were years ago.

We've become beggars in our own land, we've become labourers in our own fields. 

Brave youths are made hopeless, there's nothing to live for, some may say and some have said. 

Parents has made it a family business to exchange their kids for food, hardship drives.

My country has become the land of the unknown,our country has become famous for its bad deeds and not the good.

Kidnapping has become a white collar job that pays well in our country, children has turned against parents, parents against children just as mentioned in the Bible.

killing of humans has become everyday routine. Some has encountered how it feels to be kidnapped, some has witnessed the pain of seeing the lives of their loved ones forcefully taken from them, speechless they've become, the shock won't let them say a word about what their eyes have seen.

Ancient Nembe, cast in iron

Your warriors fought with a will never tire

Your way of life is strong and true.

In all you do, you stay ever so true

Your masks and drums echo in the night

Your stories of realms unknown, so enlightening and bright.

Your warriors, I wish I can say they still protect the truth

In ways beyond what some may misconstrue.

Your culture entwined with nature's grace

You take great care in preserving your place in your days,

Your mysteries and secrets though, remain untold.

And still your people will never get old in our memories.

Ancient Nembe, you still stand proud and far beyond the present 

Your culture is a treasure, never to be clouded.

Your past shone bright, I wish I can say same for the present.

Your legacy told in stories, stories never to be untold.

THE CONSUMER

 The final consumer of life has taken another soul close to thy heart... Short of line indeed I am, with tears of agony and feelings, bucket filled with sadness.

Death oh death, thy invincible but mighty that both the poor and rich tries hard to avoid but impossible, cos you're unavoidable, the taste of your display no soul wish to see. You've dealt with me roughly and in this tug of war you've won again along side with your culprit (grave).

Withstanding thee non can do, once it's your time to display you'll flirt your muscles. Middling in the family ties, of other you won't stop doing.

Ain't you tired of the pains and agony you bring to the good souls, if you take all the good souls from the universe then what will be of the universe filled with the souls that knows no love, friendship nor peace?

 Everything you asked for I gave to you, including wealth. I demanded just for you to be among good souls, but now, you didn't cos it became a burden to you. 

I asked you to come to me but you rather choose the world in place of me your creator, I guess you've forgotten that the world you choose in place of me was made by me.

Never have I forsaken you, I'm always close to you, do all what you wanted.

I have arms wide enough to bring you in, cos I am your potter whose touches are always creative.

Your heart desires I always grant, all what I wanted was just for you to serve me even a mere appreciation I didn't get from you but am ever ready to grant your wishes, cos my nature is always to have mercy.

HOME IS CALLING

I long for home, my heart long for home.

I've been here long enough

and I've got what to write about home.

I don't want this moment to linger

because I can't wait a second longer.

I sat all my myself to make 

my pen dance to my thoughts on its companion

from a long distance.

I've always made my pen bleed on its companion having

the count down, calculating the days I have left, to meet home.

My eyes are wide open but I dream of home
